A dramatic, very loose fitting tiered dress in a cotton yarn-dyed pinstripe, with loads of inserted contrast ric-rac detail. The shape is voluminous + fluid and can be worn with or without a belt for added swing drama. The front bib detail has a half placket + button detail. The sleeves are fluted and fall over the elbow. Size down for a less voluminous shape.
