A loose + floaty top with a hand smocked scoop neck detail, in a yarn dyed cotton pinstripe. The puff sleeves are bracelet length with a fine elasticated cuff that can be pulled up to create more volume. This style is meant to be very loose and floaty and is made to be worn untucked, but can also be sized down for a neater fit.
