A feminine round neck top with a frill, front slit detail + a fine neck tie, is made in cotton double gauze and is cut to be loose fitting + floaty. The sleeves fall above the elbow and are full, flared + double layered with a contrast embroidery on both sleeve edges. We love this top worn loose over things, but it can also be tucked in for a blouson effect.
